2. What Fanbaseaway is

Fanbaseaway helps football fans find local meetups to watch the 2026 FIFA World Cup. We surface user-created watch parties at public venues. We are not affiliated with FIFA, any participating national federation, or any venue listed on the Service.

3. User content & meetups

You are solely responsible for any meetups you create and any content you post. You agree not to organize illegal gatherings, misrepresent venues, or post content that is hateful, harassing, or infringes others' rights. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.

4. Venues

Venues listed on Fanbaseaway are public establishments. We do not guarantee that any venue will broadcast a match, accept a group, or be open at the listed time. Confirm with the venue directly before relying on a meetup.

5. Account & data

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silencio Network LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silencio Network LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
